Hello!
Before I start, it's important for me to let you know that I'm both a Realtor with eXp Realty and a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) with Loan Factory. That may raise some immediate questions in your mind; I know that it would raise issues in mine, and I'm here to mollify your worries. First, I've always practiced business by being an open book, and I hope you appreciate that.
I've been a licensed real estate salesperson and broker since 1999. I love real estate, but I've lost my passion for selling it. As you know, real estate sales is a tough business.
As a man in my early 50s with three young daughters at home, I want to be around them as much as possible. They're the light of my life. I want to guide them, mold them, and annoy them with dumb jokes and ridiculous antics as much as possible while I'm able.
As you might imagine, I can't run out to show properties on short notice; there's a lot to manage with the kids' schedules. My wife has been supporting our family for the past nine years; she's a registered nurse at Brigham and Women's Hospital, and it's time to get back to work! My youngest will start kindergarten in September, so my days will be free for the first time in almost a decade, which, looking back, seems like an implausibility.
If you've begun your real estate sales journey within the past decade, you may not know my name in the real estate world, but I was kind of a big deal, a little sarcasm, during the '90s and the aughts. I spawned one of the most successful Boston real estate agents, my younger brother, who has sold more than a billion dollars worth of real estate over his career. I worked at Jack Conway & Co., Inc. from 1999 until 2003. I opened my own real estate brokerage in 2003 but decided to give it up and join eXp Realty.
The idea of being a one-man operation as a part-time real estate broker seemed like a dismal idea. I'm pleasantly surprised with eXp Realty; the Massachusetts leadership team has been nothing short of fantastic. I look forward to involving myself more with the meeting and the training as my kids finish matriculating into school.
Here's the deal, and I'm going to be blunt, I will never screw you. If you're able to think of the situation from my position, you have to realize that I want a good reputation as an MLO amongst the eXp Realty world. As a Realtor with eXp Realty, my role is limited.
I am limiting myself to listing properties within a 10-mile radius of my home in Stoughton, Massachusetts. I will not work with buyers or tenants, it's impossible, but I will refer them to other eXp Realty agents. I will also refer sellers to other eXp Realty agents outside of my limited market geography; the traffic in Greater Boston makes listing a property too far away from my home an exercise in mental anguish.
I understand the lending process through your eyes. I've had awful experiences with loan officers from some of the biggest banks in Massachusetts. I may not have any updates for you, but I'll never ghost you.
If you're interested in talking with me, book a meeting.
I am a real estate professional with an expertise in financing. I am committed to educating and guiding my clients so they can make well informed decisions.
Whether you are a buying or renancing, consolidating debt, or investing in real estate, my experience and dedication will be instrumental to accomplish your personal and business goals.
My ultimate goal is to create lasting relationships with each of my clients so that I may continue providing excellent service for many years to come.
Your mortgage journey begins here. Connect with me for a no obligation consultation.
